Spaid Nursing Service continues to provide the area’s Finest Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to Facilities and In-Home Care Nursing.
As a Health Care Professional, your confidence in Spaid Nursing Service to provide you with competencies that reflect you and your high professional standards along with placement in a Facility and/or In-Home Care setting is assured.
APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT
Thank you for your interest in Spaid Nursing Service.  Please take a moment to review the following BEFORE you complete the Application.
The following requirements MUST be met before you will be considered for employment:
1.) At least six (6) months experience RECENT (within the past year), hands-on experience in a health care position at one of the following:
  • Hospital
  • Nursing Home
  • Medical Staffing or In-Home Care Agency
NOTE: Facilities may require at least one (1) to two (2) years recent experience.
2.) Three (3) reliable references e.g.: Two (2) supervisory OR Human Resource references. One (1) personal reference; e.g. Charge Nurse.
NOTE: A co-worker DOES NOT qualify for employment reference.
3.) Dependable Transportation
NOTE: City bus line DOES NOT qualify for dependable transportation.
All references WILL be checked and a criminal background check shall be performed as well as, a drug screen.
Once the above avenues have been cleared, an interview shall be conducted, with Orientation to follow.
